This session will unpack the role parent/legal guardian play from submitting tax forms, guardianship paperwork, etc. to knowing what the FAFSA & CSS applications are and why they are important. 

 Tips for Making Your College Education Affordable*

Students will get an overview of the financial aid process and how to prepare for and successfully obtain scholarships.

 Transitioning to College: Next Step for Financial Aid

This Next Step session will support our graduating seniors on their next financial aid steps to prepare for and successfully enter college This includes understanding and accepting your financial aid award letter, and ensuring you have applied for DCTAG and other DC related financial assistance programs. Recommended for 12th grade students and families.
